RehabPilates combines traditional physical therapy techniques with the Pilates method of core strengthening. We promote health and wellness of individuals through the use of physical therapy intervention. RehabPilates is dedicated to providing an environment where people can heal from injuries and improve their health through traditional physical therapy and Pilates instruction. RehabPilates philosophy is to emphasize wellness and prevention through fitness. Physical therapists are specialists in evaluating and treating musculoskeletal problems. We are uniquely qualified to create individualized wellness and fitness programs, address injuries, muscle imbalances, general conditioning and postural problems.
Aquatic Therapy is not currently offered at RehabPilates.
